In-House Production Only: All production must be performed in-house. Outsourcing these files to third-party manufacturers or factories for bulk production is strictly prohibited.
No Redistribution: You may not resell, share, or redistribute the digital file(s) in any capacity, online or offline.
Technical Requirements & Compatibility
Digital Files: This is a digital product for embroidery machines; appropriate hardware and software are required. To ensure design integrity, please use the latest version of your software, as files are not backward compatible with older versions.
Included in Download: Your .zip folder contains a detailed Color Sequence PDF and 8 machine formats: DST, JEF, HUS, VP3, PES, EXP, XXX, and EMD.
Headwear Limitation: Unless explicitly stated, these files are not optimized for hats. Structured headwear requires specialized technical adjustments not included in this file.
Thread Painting & Color Advisory
ISACORD 40 Palette: Designs are digitized specifically for ISACORD 40. For photorealistic results, use the exact colors listed in the job sheet or a high-quality equivalent.
Interdependent Pathing: Our portraits use manual "thread-painting" techniques where highlights and shadows are layered for the specific coat colors shown.
Substitution Warning: Do not change base breed colors (e.g., using Black Lab threads for a Yellow Lab file). Technical pathing differs fundamentally between light and dark coats; altering the palette will result in lost detail.
Quality Assurance & Best Practices
Tested for Excellence: Every design is fully stitch-tested before release. However, we cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from manual resizing, color changes, or file alterations.
Sample First: Always run a test stitch-out on scrap fabric similar to your final project before stitching on your actual garment.
Proper Stabilization: High-detail portraits require professional stabilization. Ensure fabric is securely hooped to prevent registration issues.
